todae i woke up at like 6 plus and prepared de stuff needed for our weekly sports erm training? well, the fact is that every saturday, my dad, bro and i will go for some whacking at safra tampines with squash, table tennis n some times badminton...todae was special...we had 3 more company...lol mainly zheng hong, jiaxuan and jiaqian...
we fetched them from my granny's hse coz their parents are overseas...like my mom who's coming back tmr...we ate breakfast at a nearby coffee shop to jump start our day...all of them had filling stuff like noodles n rice but i decided to have bread instead...donno wads with the sudden lost of apetite...well it just came...
we reached safra at round 9 and wanted to play bowling since every one had such a full filling breakfast...but the sad thing is, the bowling alley was not open...and until 10 oclock we hav to find something to do...my dad suggested table tennis so we made our way there...
another sad thing...there was some kinda fair in de multi purpose hall, hence it disrupted both table tennis and badminton...only thing left was squash...we proceeded though and played for an hour b4 heading to de bowling alley again...
when we went in, there was this weird smell that seemed to symbolise the age of the alley...to be exact, old...we went to the counter to book de lanes and stuff...with children passes, in other words ez links, we were suppose to get a game at $2.70 each...in the end that only applies for weekdays and we paid blindly, realising de fact only at de later part of the day...
we had de first lane and the rumbling sound of the motor that brings de ball back was loud...it sounded like it was going to giv way any moment...i typed in de names in de board thingy and realised its age too...becoz the updated bowling places had touch screen for the board but this one was like dotz coz we had to press buttons...no wonder it didnt respond when i touch de screen...i felt so dumb...
we played the game in midst of the loud rumbling noises...my bro told me tt if one strikes throughout de whole game, one could get 10,000 dollars...that's like woah...n we also realised that de group of ppl next to us were super pro bowlers...they had their own personal bowling balls and they were striking and sparing throughout de whole game...tinking back, i feel so jealous...
we played happily though the scores for this was my lousiest...jiaxuan had gutter for like consecutive 5 rounds and my bro was like giving me de wth face...im not sure wad tt meant but perhaps he was just heartbroken for de money my dad paid...my dad however sat at a corner reading newspapers...he didnt seemed to enjoy bowling as much as my bro and i did...
we finished de game with me in second position...with a lousy score of like 62...somehw de ball had wide holes and i find it hard to throw...perhaps its just my hallucination or something...my lowest score last time was a 100 plus so this one is a bit of a tremor in a sense...haha
we proceeded to play squash again...well this was all my couz some sorta first experience n surprisingly zhenghong was great at it...we played happily again and when it was my turn, i almost fell...lucky for the friction on my soles that kept me from falling to my death...almost sprained my ankle becoz of tt but should be fine nw...
i swung de racket hard to vent all my anger sadness n wadeva stuff i went through for the past few days...n sadly it didnt like me...coz with one great swing i overshot n it whacked my left elbow...facinating isnt it? =.= n one ball from my bro led me flying towards de wall n bang...it was super painful...i should be fine nw except for a short sharp pain i feel in my knee everytime i walk...
after tt i wanted to change outta my stinky n sweaty clothes...i asked jiaqian to tag along n de next moment she was on de floor...she slipped on some water she didnt see and slid down, splashing the water at me...den i was like omg...haha we went to de toilet and she got scolded for splashing water on de floor...lol my bro went to de fair n bought some super cheap disc...he even bought road runner for my grandpa...well my grandpa had an obsession for road runners...he will always go beep beep at the sound of road runners...
we went to subway for lunch and omg de PEANUT BUTTERED COOKIES ROX! I SIMPLY LOVE THEM! haha pardon me for my sudden craze but omg i love peanut butter cookies...=] after tt we sent my couz back to granny's hse...played de road runner disc for my grandpa to watch n he was smiling n grinning so widely to show tt he totally enjoyed de show...haha when we were bout to go back, it started raining heavily so we had to wait a while longer...the sky decided to trap us there becoz the rain got heavier n heavier with every passing minute...soon, we went home and watched some of de disc my bro bought...nothing much to do so here im typing...
